TINCA SERVICES provides remote sourcing, delivery, and coordination of digital products and services, including but not limited to:

  • File-based service execution

  • Third-party product coordination

  • Custom or B2B digital solutions

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in EUR and are inclusive of applicable fees unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment is due in full before service delivery, via accepted payment methods (Credit/Debit Card, bank transfer).

  • A digital invoice will be provided upon payment confirmation.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

Delivery & Execution

  • Services are typically delivered within the timeframes outlined in the selected service tier (1–2 business days, 3–5 days, etc.).

  • Delivery will occur via email, cloud storage link, or other agreed digital method.

  • Delays caused by client inaction, late file submission, or external provider delays are not the responsibility of TINCA SERVICES.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information at the time of order

  • Respond to our requests for clarification or additional files in a timely manner

  • Refrain from using our services for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities

TINCA SERVICES reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if unethical or prohibited usage is suspected.

Intellectual Property

  • Unless explicitly transferred, all custom-made content delivered by TINCA SERVICES is licensed for personal or commercial use by the client, without redistribution rights.

  • Third-party materials (e.g., partner content, subscription-based tools) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

  • You may not resell, sublicense, or publicly distribute deliverables unless explicitly permitted.

Refund Policy

TINCA SERVICES offers limited refunds in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and digital goods regulations.

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • The service was not delivered within the committed timeframe, without cause or communication

  • The delivered product is objectively incomplete or faulty and cannot be fixed upon revision

  • A cancellation request was submitted before work began and within 24 hours of purchase

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The service was completed and delivered as per the original order

  • The dissatisfaction is based on subjective preferences after delivery

  • You failed to provide essential information or delayed cooperation

Refunds, when approved, are processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.

Right of Withdrawal (Rétractation)

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, digital services provided on demand are exempt from the 14-day withdrawal period once performance has begun with the consumer’s consent.

By placing an order, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal to allow immediate processing.

Limitation of Liability

TINCA SERVICES cannot be held liable for:

  • Interruptions or failures of third-party platforms or APIs

  • Losses resulting from misuse or misinterpretation of delivered services

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, internet outages, etc.)

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Data Protection & Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and in full compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French data law.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce de Bergerac.

Amendments

TINCA SERVICES reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the changes.
